While your actual utility usage may vary throughout the year, your monthly payment remains consistent, making it easier to plan and manage your household budget.
Keep in mind: Budget Billing does NOT reduce your utility bill. The best way to lower your monthly costs is by conserving energy and water. Budget Billing simply provides a convenient way to budget your utility expenses by knowing in advance what your monthly payment will be.
