What is the CWEP Customer Academy?

When you flip a switch at your home or business the lights come on. When you turn the faucet, the water flows. But have you ever wondered what goes into making that happen?

CWEP is excited to offer our customers an up-close and personal look into how we operate and serve our community 24/7. Go behind the scenes with us, tour our historic facilities and learn directly from CWEP staff about how we deliver reliable power, water & communication services to your homes and businesses.

This is a FREE, interactive program aimed to engage and educate our customers about CWEP's operations, offering a deeper understanding of your local utility.

All CWEP Customer Academy sessions will feature CWEP experts of each utility department. The academy consists of five consecutive sessions on Wednesday evenings starting April 8th (Dates/Times/Locations listed below). Dinner will be provided for all participants at each session.

Who Should Attend?

CWEP customers who are interested in an opportunity to learn about the history of CWEP, infrastructure, facilities, and future projects.

CWEP Customer Academy is free and participation is open to all CWEP customers 18 years and older. Space is limited, and you must be able to attend all sessions. Application does not guarantee participation.
