eCarthage is a fixed-wireless internet service provided by CWEP. Our fixed-wireless service requires an antenna mounted in a fixed location (usually on the roof of a building) and aimed at a local microwave radio tower. Our installation crews conduct site surveys to make sure we can receive sufficient signal to provide quality service at each location. In order to have Wi-Fi inside the customer’s house, a wireless router will need to be installed by the customer. Fixed-wireless internet is typically used at locations where fiber-line service is not available.

$100 install fee and one year term for new wireless services. A deposit may be required based on credit history. The install fee will be billed after installation along with the first monthly charge.
